Frequently asked questions
Entombo is an online direct cremation service that helps families arrange cremation in a simple, transparent, and affordable way. We coordinate all arrangements while working with a licensed California funeral home to perform the cremation and required services.
Most direct cremations are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on permit processing and local requirements.
After cremation, ashes are returned to you by mail or handled according to the option you selected during arrangements. All remains are treated with care and respect.
